Quality Commitment Statement

Fresh Grill insures that all products produced or processed will meet or exceed the strict specifications outlined by the company, the customer, and applicable government agencies regulations through used of Quality, Food Safety, and Food Defense Systems.

These objectives are accomplished through process audits and various laboratory tests performed on incoming ingredients, in process, and finished products.  The Quality Assurance group works closely with all departments in training the appropriate personnel on our Quality Systems.  Reports of all tests are made available to department managers to assist and guide them in their decisions in producing and shipping a high quality products to our customers.  Audits and inspections are performed on routing and regular basis to ensure adherence to our Good Manufactures Practices.  All inspections and testing of products is based on our Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) Program, and application of Total Quality Management Principles.

We are USDA and FDA Approved Facility. The quality of our products is continually inspected by the following agencies to insure that our customers always receive the highest quality products:

-County of Orange, Health Care Agency Environment Health

-Department of the Army public Health Command District

-State of California Department of Public Health Food and Drug Branch

-Department of Health and Human Services

-USDA

-Independent 3rd Party Audits
