At Fresh Grill, a brand solely driven by customer satisfaction and safety, we are very keen on keeping our customers safe from food poisoning, eating contaminated products, or consuming products of low-quality ingredients. 

To ensure this, we imbibe very stringent Food Safety, Quality Control, and Food Defense systems and procedures that allow us to meet or exceed the strict specifications outlined by the company, the customer, and applicable government agent regulations.

These we achieved by:

  1.   Constantly performing process audits and laboratory tests on incoming ingredients, in-process, and finished products (Certificate of Analysis). Afterward, reports of all tests are made available to department managers to assist and guide them in their decisions in producing and shipping a high-quality product to our customers.
  2.   Ensuring that our Quality Assurance group works closely with all departments in training the appropriate personnel on our quality systems, personal sanitation, hygienic food handling, and cooking, cooling, and storing food at the appropriate temperature
  3.   Ensuring all our staff comply with hygienic food handling rules like replacing gloves after each task, covering hairs, not using an apron to wipe hands, etc.
  4.   Having audits and inspections performed on a routine and regular basis to ensure adherence to our Good Manufactures Practices. All inspections and testing of products are based on the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) Program and the application of Total Quality Management Principles.

We are also a USDA, FDA and SQF Approved Facility. That’s not all.
